1. Returns & Replacements

• You may request a return or replacement if you receive a book that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective in printing or binding

  • Incorrect (wrong book sent)

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@rammaths.com.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Books must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the invoice/receipt.

• Returns will not be accepted if the book shows signs of use, writing, or damage caused after delivery.

• Return and replacement product will be delivered within 3- 5  business days 
• We have 7 day return and replacement policy 

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to  your original payment or bank account method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error was on our side.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the books have not yet been shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• No refund or replacement will be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Books damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Requests made after the 7-day return window

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a tracking number once your books are dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We ship across India through reliable courier partners.

• Products will be delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

• For remote or rural areas, delivery may take a few extra days.
